How to cancel Paramount+

Paramount+ can be canceled through the Paramount+ website. After canceling, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. Your account and profile information are retained in case you decide to resubscribe.
If you subscribed through an app store, Amazon Channels, or another third-party provider, you will need to cancel through that provider.
Steps
Sign in to Paramount+
Go to paramountplus.com and sign in with your account credentials.
Open Account settings
Click your profile icon or name, then select 'Account' or 'Settings' from the menu.
Navigate to your subscription
Find the section showing your current plan or subscription details.
Select Cancel Subscription
Look for a cancel or end subscription option and click it. You may be presented with retention offers before proceeding.
Confirm cancellation
Complete the confirmation steps. A confirmation should be sent to your registered email address.
Things to know
- If you subscribed through Apple, cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions.
- Amazon Channels subscribers must cancel through Amazon under Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Showtime subscribers bundled with Paramount+ should check whether their plan is affected.
