How to cancel Hulu

Canceling Hulu is done through the Hulu website. Once you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to a limited state — your profile and watchlist are retained in case you resubscribe.

If you subscribed to Hulu through an app store, a TV provider, or as part of a Disney Bundle, you will need to cancel through that channel instead of the Hulu website. The Disney Bundle in particular must be managed through your Disney+ account.

Steps

Sign in to Hulu
Go to hulu.com and sign in with your account email and password.
Go to your Account page
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.
Locate the Cancel section
On the Account page, scroll to find your subscription details and look for a 'Cancel' or 'Manage' option associated with your plan.
Follow the cancellation prompts
Hulu may present retention offers or alternative plan options. Decline these if you wish to proceed with cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm your choice on the final screen. You should receive a confirmation email. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.
