How to cancel Disney+
Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes
Disney+ lets you cancel directly through its website or mobile app. Your subscription stays active and you can keep watching until the billing period you paid for runs out. After that, your account reverts to a free (no-streaming) state — your profile and watchlist are preserved if you decide to resubscribe.
If you joined through an app store or a third-party provider like Amazon Channels, you must cancel through that channel rather than the Disney+ website.
Steps
Sign in to Disney+
Go to disneyplus.com and log in to your account.
Open your profile menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Go to Account
Select 'Account' from the dropdown to open your account settings.
Find your subscription
Under 'Subscription', locate your Disney+ plan and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
Confirm cancellation
Follow the prompts to confirm. Disney+ will show your access end date. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
